Email us from the address linked to your GeoGram account when possible. Screenshots, device details, and links to affected pins or trips help us investigate faster.

Account and login

If a magic link or Google sign-in is not working, include the email address you used and the approximate time of the attempt.

Privacy and Travel buddies

For visibility questions, include whether the content is public, private, or Travel buddies, plus the username of anyone who should or should not have access.

Bugs and content issues

For bugs, tell us what you expected, what happened, and the steps to reproduce it. For content reports, include the pin, trip, or profile link.
